December 31, 2008 7:11 pm Travelseminyak villas is a trading name of “CV. BCR SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL” reserves the right at any time; in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse any person as a member of accommodation party.
“CV. BCR SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL” will not be responsible under any circumstances to refund any unused portion of with respect accommodation, tours, car rentals, including any substitutions.
If any services accommodations are substituted, “CV. BCR SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL” will at all times and in good faith endeavor to substitute services accommodations of a comparable type.
“CV. BCR SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL” disclaims any and all liability for property loss or damage, as well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst residing at a private home or villa, or whilst engaged on any tour, whether the loss or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of “CV. BCR SEWATAMA INTERNASIONAL”, its servants, employees or agents.
