First, open the start menu, click run and type in services.msc. When the service management windows opens up, just find the dll and click stop. The next step is deleting it. For this, you need to open Windows Registry File System. The same process again, Go to the Start Menu, click Run and type this command HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE> SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ RUN. Then you get in the right section rusvdgpo = %System%undll32.exe %System%usvdgpo.dll. When you delete this value, you are done, just restart your computer.
