Selling a home

Selling a home is incredibly hard to do in this current housing market.  There are so many houses available on the market today that you really have to either have an incredible house to offer or have an incredible marketing plan in place.  For sure, I would rather be out playing slowpitch softball than thinking about selling my home, but if I wish to get into my next bigger and better house, I think I should really start to focus on a great real estate marketing plan to attract those scant and far between buyers to my home.  Perhaps if I offer a free trip to anyone who puts in an offer?  Maybe to someplace exciting like Hawaii.
