Its an extremely easy program and as an ex-smoker believe me I wasn’t even able to run for 20 seconds.After 3 weeks I’m able to run almost 2 km’s straight now. (Obviously I’m not worried about my speed as I want to build up my endurance and increase my distance gradually and then I will worry about speed) -Yesterday I ran 2.1km in 15 minutes – for me its a big achievement.
