You need to reduce the amount of fats that you have in your diets especially saturated fats and try to eat more foods which release energy slowly such as complex carbohydrates. Having lean meat and fish as well as green leafy vegetables can benefit you too. Make sure that you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and cut down on the junk food such as cakes, sweets and biscuits and any other white processed products such as white bread and white rice as these will give a quick energy boost and then a slump, which may mean that you do not have the energy left to finish a game or to put everything you need into the last few holes.
