Untied Shoes and Probate Law
June 11, 2008 1:11 pm ReferenceI was out walking my dogs one morning a couple of months ago when I had one of those moments that almost makes you believe in fate. I bent over to tie my shoe on a park bench when I saw a business card laying on the ground right next to the trash can. Figuring someone had missed the can, I picked it up and was about to throw it out when I read it: “Michael Tucker Probate Attorney Central Florida.” The previous day my father-in-law had been put on hospice services, and had my wife declared his executor of estate. She and I had discussed hiring a lawyer to help us, but didn’t know where to begin.
