I need to learn photoshop

I need to learn Photoshop for work. My boss said that there were Photoshop tutorials available, and that if I got one for the office he would reimburse me for any cost. He wants us all to learn Photoshop so we can edit our photos and use them to make nice brochures for work. Does anyone know where I could find really good Photoshop tutorials? If there is a free one that is good, but if I have to spend some money to get one that is better quality I don’t mind since it is not my money, the importance is the quality, not the cost.
