Excited

He was so excited. He knew that this was going to make so many great changes for his business. He was going to be bringing in a company for industrial training. He knew that this held a great promise for the productivity of his company to improve. He was told over and over that if he would just implement this program, his employees could be better. And he really needed that for his company. He felt that his employees had gotten lazy and he wanted them to step up or get out. He didn’t want to fire anybody, but would if that’s what it came down to.
