Each Chef Has His Or Her Style!

Have you been on a cruise?  I  have been on a few and the food is really great.  When you dress up and go to dinner in the evening, your menu is quite exiot.  The chefs prepare fancy dishes that look enticing on your plate. They have their own top chef recipe I am sure. They are very creative and I guess the presentation is a main thing for this kind of dinner evening. I usually stick with the normal food as I am not into trying new things.  I would make a bad food evaluator! As a appetizer once time I did choose a Strawberry soup.  It was very good.
