Wisconsin cheap car insurance quotes only please

I’m looking for car insurance, Wisconsin cheap car insurance quotes, as I have had problems with large national companies offering cut price insurance in the past who do not give a personal service. I need to have a quote from at least 3 insurance companies by Friday so that I can claim back the money as a business expense. I would like these quotes as soon as possible and I need them to be on company headed paper. Does anyone one have any recommendations?
