My Employee of the Year

Being in the jewelry business my whole life I have always worked with different kinds of people. In my twenty years in the business I have never had an employee like Gene. This man was so good at his job that three weeks after he started working for me I gave him a position in my personalized wedding rings department. This worked like a charm, he has sold over a million rings and has never complained once about his 7 dollar an hour wage. Why can’t we have more employees like Gene? That is what I question myself everyday, only to realize that I have the only one at this moment.
