Meeting Later in the Day

My husband has an appointment later this afternoon that he is very excited about. His boss of over 20 years has offered him the chance to buy the business, and my husband has decided that he wants to do it. His appointment is to go over some paperwork with an expert in Missouri Contract Law. There is a lot of paperwork that needs to be taken care of and my husband told me that he does not understand most of it. He knows that his boss is an honest man but he wants to make sure that everything is properly taken care of.
