Where can I buy this siding?

We are planning to redo the siding on our house, and our friends recommended we use Hardie Board Siding. That is the kind of siding they just put on their house, and it really looks great. I am hoping we can get it somewhere around where we live and get a contractor to put it up for us without it costing an arm and a leg, though I do know that siding is a pretty big expense. We really like the look of wood siding, and would love to get some that can be painted, since we might want a different look after a while.
