How to Improve the Taste of Your Home Brew Beer

If you have made a few successful batched you obviously have the procedure down pat and you have good temperature control, good measuring techniques, and a good location to ferment your Home Brew Beer. But, if you want to improve the taste of your beer, there is one simple thing you can do. If you are using a plastic pail as your secondary fermentation container (as are contained in most home brew starter kits), try switching to a glass or stainless steel container. You should see a noticeable improvement in the taste of your beer.
