How can I organize my junk drawer?

I am always searching through my junk drawer to try to find the things I need.  I am wondering if anyone can give me some advice on how to organize this drawer a bit better so that it is easier to find the particular thing that I am looking for.  It seems like so many different things end up in this drawer that it can take a while to find anything.  I also have junk baskets and boxes too, so sometimes what I want is somewhere else other than the drawer so it ends up taking even longer to find it.
