How I Turned Our Granny Flat in Great Profits

 We acquired a Granny Flat a few yonks back when my wife’s mum got sick and subsequently passed away last year.We first decided to get a granny flat a year ago when my partner’s mom became ill. We purchased our Granny Flat in 2009 after my best friends mum became sick and needed in home help. Turned out she didn’t need it for long and soon went home. She really wanted to move to her beach house and the Granny Flats was soon empty
