The Linden Method Helped Me

From the time I was a little boy, I knew that I had a problem. When my mother would leave me, I would cry and cry until she came back. I just felt like I was not going to be able to see her again. I am not sure where that fear came from. I just want to be rid of that burden. I have been looking up some things about medicine verses something like the linden method. I have seen the linden method critique, and I really feel like I have enough information to want to try it rather than medicine.
