If you are pregnant then you may assume you can eat any and everything in sight, but that just isn’t true.

If you are pregnant, you should be very careful about what you eat and try to stick to a pregnancy diet.  This is when you eat foods that are good for you and try to stay away from foods that are loaded in fat and calories as these can really make you gain much more weight than you need to.

Most doctors recommend that you only add an additional 300 calories to your diet daily and in doing so this should be enough for you and your baby.
