We can have olive oil and fish oil as fat substitutes. We should eat low fat dairy products. Drinking lot of water will be very helpful as it increases our metabolic rate and prevents the accumulation of excess fat. Alcoholic beverages, beer and soft drinks should be avoided. Our diet should be rich in protein and should have servings of fruits and vegetables to get the dream physique.
