We have all heard about the benefits of taking more Omega-3 into our diets. But we have also head about the warnings of eating too much fish that are polluted with toxins such as mercury. So in order to stay healthy what can you do. If you can’t eat fish, but you have to take more Omega-3 into your system where do you go? While all of them are good, only seal oil contains EPA, DHA and DPA, the three essential fatty acids that our body needs.
