The best way to build muscle is make a plan of action and commit to that plan and it will all be worth it in the end. The best way to get started when you want to add some size to your build is find a simple program that fits your schedule. The key to getting and staying in shape is to keep motivated even if you miss a day just get back on track and you will feel better. It may seem easier to quit working out if your not acheiving your goals fast enough but when you go through the phsycoligical and emotion pain that is envolved it is even worse. Many people don’t realize there is a psycological factor that comes into play. Life can be difficult at times but the one thing that I can always count on is the good feeling I get when I go to the gym.
