Though the program has side-effects, never has there been any instance of a dieter falling really sick. The headaches, irritability and depression are natural consequences of all low calorie diets, since the body is not used to that level of calorie consumption. Besides, who wouldn’t be irritated or depressed when you feel hunger most of the time as will happen during the early days of the diet.
The natural HCG side-effects are not things to get overly worried about. They’ll be reduced to almost nothing eventually. But it will be a different matter if you are getting stressed out by weight loss injections. The side-effects may become more intense and stay with you as long as you are using the injections. It is probably the best to switch to the less stressful oral drops.
