First Year of Marriage

My son called me today to let me know that he and his new wife are going to buy a house this month. He said that they had found a great rate on a USDA loan. He said that they just could not pass up the great deal. I just hope that they are making the right choice. It seems to me like they are making a lot of very big decisions very quickly in their married life. I wish they would just slow down a little bit. They do not have to do everything in the first year of marriage.
