Trying to Help Him Out

My older brother just got back from the army. He is only going to be home for about six months. While he is here, I plan on sharing some tips with him on how to speed computer up. His computer is always running slow. I will tell him about defragmenting, registry cleaners, and increasing his RAM. He may or may not listen to my suggestions. As the older sibling, he likes to think that he knows more than I do. But I am pretty sure if he listens to my advice, he will not have any more speed issues out of his computer.
