Saving Game Data in My Nintendo Wii

I’ve been using my Nintendo Wii for a few weeks now and i hadn’t realised that it had a memory card slot in it. I have been playing games for a few hours then losing my game progress as i couldn’t save the data. The official Nintendo Wii memory cards are quite expensive but i realised that you can actually just use a normal sd card which you can pick up for much cheaper than the official Nintendo ones. I bought a normal Sandisk 2GB sd card and now i can save all of my game data without any problems.
