Exercising at a gym just does not do it for me.  Trust me, I have tried many different gyms, and have decided to stick with the dumbells at home and a few good dvd’s.  With hindsight I can honestly say, do not waste time at the gym.  This is simply a waste of your time and money.  I even got super sick when I started working at a gym.  I ended up in the emergency room only after 2 days of working for this 1 local gym.  I had an asthma attack partly due to the dusting down of all of the bikes and treadmill machines.
