I was reading an article today that said you should not worry about toursafe insurance if you were not traveling far or for very long. The article made a lot of sense. If you are not going for a long period of time there is not a lot of luggage to bring with you hence, not a lot of items gone if it went missing. The airlines usually have a cap on their responsibility and light luggage would cover their expenses. The same goes for if you were only travel a few states away, it would be easy to catch another flight or possibly drive to avoid any hassle on your part.
