When my husband wanted to purchase a condo in order to start collecting home equity, I thought he was crazy. He chose these condos out in the middle of no-where because they were cheaper. They were nice enough, but they didn’t have washers and dryers. I did NOT want to walk to a laundry facility or have to drive to a Laundromat in order to wash my clothes, but he insisted that we would be happy there. Well, the first time I walked into the on-site laundry facility, I was in shock. The condos had hired a laundry service for condominiums to run the place, and it was sparkling clean. The washers all worked, and the electronic system emailed me when I needed to go switch my clothes to a dryer. I am so happy we moved there.
