My Neighbors are Paying Less than I am for Electricity

My neighbors and I were talking the other day about the Power to Choose and the options available with our power companies. We compared rates and plans just to see who was getting the better deal. I liked the plan that my neighbors have and it is a lot cheaper than what I am currently paying. The only concern I would have with their plan is that they are on a variable rate whereas I like the stability of a fixed rate plan. I am not much of a risk taker so even though they are paying less than me, I think I will stay with the plan that I currently have.
