Making Sure My Trademark Would Be Unique

I knew that I had to come up with a unique trademark for my business. I didn’t want to get sued for having one similar to another company’s, so I designed one and started looking online for one that looked just like it. I searched for a few days and couldn’t find one that looked like mine, so I decided to go with it. I was a little nervous about it, but I soon forgot about it after a few months. My business is going really well, and I couldn’t be happier. It sure was a tough road, though, but I’m glad I’ve made it to where I am.
