In my line of work, there is one piece of heavy machinery that we simply can not do without when we clear land, and that is a quality log loader. Not entirely sure what it is a log loader does? It is really quite simple. It does exactly what it sounds like it does. We use log loaders to lift fallen trees and load them onto the specific log trailers. These pieces of heavy equipment are made specifically for the lifting and loading of logs, though to be honest we have used them for lifting pipe from time to time when needed.
