Keeping an eye on inventory control management
March 29, 2008 4:12 am BusinessIf there is one thing about running your own restaurant that really takes a lot of time it is keeping control of your stock levels, because if you do not you will find that your business can simply stop functioning properly. I used to try to do all the Inventory Control Management myself, but after a while I realized that it was pretty impossible to do that and run the restaurant full time as well, and so in the end I decided to hire someone to do the task for me. I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made because now I have far more time to do the thing I’m good at.
