If you are kooking for a way to make the work flow easy and increase production volume using palletizers should definitely be something you should check out.  A palletizer is an automatic robotic system that fills up empty pallets with products.  The palletizer first dispenses an empty pallet, then it stacks the pallet with products until full.  Once the pallet is full it is moved to a holding conveyor to be picked then another empty pallet is released to start the process all over again.  The machine allows enough time for each pallet to be retrieve so there is no mass over flow.  Everything is automatic so this allow employees time to do other tasks and helps to create a more efficient working environment as well as meet the demand.
