Don’t be Silly Like Me and Not Pursue an Internship
March 29, 2008 7:13 am BusinessI’ve done some dumb things in my life, and believe me when I tell you, not taking the initiative to pursue an internship while I was in college was one of the those silly things that I regret. Sure, they tell you that you need a degree these days to get a decent job. But there’s a catch to that theory. It’s that most companies want that degree, and some experience to go with it. Someone with a degree and no experience with that degree still causes the employer a lot of money and time in real world training. Take my advice, go for the internship!
