Are There Bad Credit Personal Loans Available?

My brother called me yesterday and asked to borrow some money.  His car is in the shop and needs some major repairs.  It will be there for about four or five more days and he doesn’t have the money to pay for it.  He applied for credit through the repair shop was declined since his credit is poor.  I don’t have the money to loan him or I would give it to him.  I have heard that there are bad credit personal loans available but I don’t know where to find them.  I would like to help him find a solution to his problem.
