A Little Help Please

Can someone help me understand what it is I need to look for when it comes to car dealership ratings? I have been wanting to purchase a new vehicle for several months now, but am extremely hesitant in pursing this further do to concern over having a bad experience in buying my dream car. Is there someplace on the internet that I can look and see a particular car dealership ratings? One that is not run by that very dealership? The closer I come to finally making a move, the more that I stress and worry about not finding the right dealer for me!
